The former covers a lot of statistics basics and some econometrics as well, which makes it a rather good introduction book to statistics. Only when I have read the second book I realise that it is a perfect companion to the first one. Spreadsheet Modeling & Decision Analysis shows how to use Excel to build models to solve statistical problems. The book is full of practical examples and I particularly like the step-by-step instructions for building those models, very clear and consistent.
Well, have had enough fun on statistics and it's about time to go back to the portfolio building! :-)
